Our Leadership Team
Seamus Beirne
Seamus has had a career spanning 34 years, covering a myriad of operational and customer roles including senior management positions in set up, process consolidation and change implementation. Most recently, Seamus was responsible for the design and implementation of an updated operational model for Avant Money Mortgages.
In this role, Seamus will lead the executive management team for MSDAC and working closely with each of the participating Credit Unions deliver the capability, support and products to enable the movement to take the next step in mortgage provision.
Liam Molloy
Liam joined MSDAC in May 2024 with 23 years retail banking experience in a number of senior finance roles. Liam is FCCA qualified and in his most recent role was Head of Finance at KBC Bank Ireland. Prior to this he held finance roles with EBS, AIB and Aviva.
Liam has significant mortgage experience across management & regulatory reporting, business partnering, product pricing, restitution, product implementation, mortgage portfolio management and loan portfolio sales.
In this role, Liam will lead the development of the pricing for the standard mortgage product and support Credit Unions in developing models and reporting systems on income, costs, returns, balance sheet management & accounting involved with providing mortgage products.
